DSW: videos, translations, and questions

On 31 July 2025, the DSW consortium held an online meeting to review progress on video production, translations, and question reviews. The team addressed pending tasks, with 76 questions still awaiting review, many related to confidence area 1.3.

Key discussion points included:

• Improving tracking and organization of contributions to streamline the review process.
• Assigning responsibilities for pending reviews and translations, with Greek translations completed while Italian and Romanian translations remain in progress.
• Addressing quality concerns with certain videos and discussing possible remakes.
• Setting critical deadlines.
• Planning a follow-up meeting to review deliverables and prepare for testing phases.
• Discussing budget considerations and pending newsletters.
