Newsletter #7 presents the DSW Framework, which captures the consortium's experience in building the DigitalSkillsWallet eco-system so that other organisations can create similar eco-systems for their own competence domains. It summarises the five-step development process (analyse competence, design micro-credentials, build the digital platform, create content, pilot and scale) and shares the project's best practices, including a phased approach, a peer-review workflow, assessments before registration and AI-based personalised learning pathways.
