The project COHESION: Inclusion of the Students with Trauma and Neurological
Disorders into Employment for Social Cohesion of Refugees and Host Communities aims to improve the COHESION of students with neurological disorders and traumas in the working system, by raising awareness of work based organizations about the issue through the provision of targeted training and by supporting vulnerable students in their process toward employment.
At the moment COHESION's partners are carrying out interviews with employers, students and specialists in order to gather useful information that will be used for Work Package 3: COHESION training package for private sector and Work Package 4:COHESION Training package for students with neurological disorders.
