Το σύγχρονο επιχειρηματικό περιβάλλον απαιτεί την μέγιστη δυνατή αποτελεσματικότητα στη διαχείριση έργων, με την καλύτερη δυνατή χρήση των διαθέσιμων πόρων.

Το σεμινάριο εστιάζει στις προηγμένες μεθόδους προγραμματισμού και παρακολούθησης ενός έργου με την παράλληλη χρήση του Microsoft Project. Συγκεκριμένα εστιάζει στη διαχείριση κοινών πόρων σε διαφορετικά έργα, κατανόηση και χρήση του Work Contour, κατανόηση του όρου Earned Value, αντιπαράθεση των προϋπολογισμών με τα πραγματικά κόστη και δημιουργία εκθέσεων για την παρακολούθηση πρόοδού.

Upon completion the participants will:

1. Describe the term Earned Value
2. Describe the term Work Contour
3. Consolidate Projects
4. Share resources among different projects
5. Setup Budgets and compare with current/actual costs
6. Apply techniques for efficient multiple projects Management
7. Use Work Contour for work allocation.
8. Adopt advanced project management techniques for multiple projects management

PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide. The Prince2 Foundation course covers in depth the Principles, Themes and Processes and prepares candidates for the PRINCE2 Foundation exam.

The aim of the course is to teach the participants the principles of Project Management using the PRINCE2 methodology. The course explains in detail the concept of the PRINCE2 methodology and examines in depth the themes and processes of PRINCE2 and the tailoring of PRINCE2 to the project environment. The course also prepares the participants for the exam PRINCE2 Foundation.

Upon Completion the candidates should understand the structure and key terminology of the method.

Specifically, the candidate should understand:

• The characteristics and context of a project and the benefits of adopting PRINCE2
• The purpose of the PRINCE2 roles, management products and themes
• The PRINCE2 principles
• The purpose, objectives and context of the PRINCE2 processes.

•Configure SharePoint Sites.
•Manage sites storage limits.
•Deploy OneDrive sync client.
•Use Group Policy to control OneDrive sync client settings.
•Manage external sharing for data in Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive.
•Configure user profile properties.
•Manage audiences.
•Use the App Catalog to manage custom apps.
•Create and manage term groups, term sets, and terms.
•Describe the difference between modern and classic search experiences.
•Adopt the best practices in SharePoint and OneDrive Deployment

• Understand the definitions such as project, project management, work packages, knowledge areas, deliverables
• Be able to design a project following project management principles and techniques and plan it using MS project as a tool
• Understanding resources and how these can be assigned to tasks
• Be able to cost activities and resources
• Understand and “crash” the critical path
• Be able to monitor the project

PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. AllianceStudy has been assessed after rigorous evaluation and conferred the title of Accredited Training Organization (ATO) by APMG Group, UK.

There are two levels of qualification for PRINCE2. The Practitioner Level is the second level and candidates must pass the Foundation exam before proceeding to the Practitioner level. The Practitioner Level aims to measure whether the candidate is able to apply PRINCE2® methods to managing and executing a Project, and if he is able to fine tune PRINCE2® to different project circumstances and understand the relationship between processes, components and techniques.

At course completion the participants will

• Understand and apply the PRINCE2 Project Management method
• Understand the implications of using and implementing PRINCE2
• Apply the principles of PRINCE2 to projects
• Manage quality, risks, and benefits
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the specified business case
• Tailor PRINCE2 to different project environments
• Understand the relationships between the roles, management products, principles, themes, techniques and processes
• Be able to apply the principles, themes and processes to a project
• Be able to create and assess the 26 PRINCE2 management product

This three day course provides delegates with a thorough understanding of the PRINCE2® Agile guidance, and is aligned to the current version of PRINCE2. During the course we introduce the basic concepts of common agile ways of working, discuss the purpose and context for combining PRINCE2 and the agile way of working, evaluate the focus areas to a project in an agile context, fix and flex the six aspects of a project in an agile context, and be able to apply or tailor the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products to a project in an agile context.

All relevant course materials are provided, including the official publication ‘PRINCE2 Agile’.

At course completion the participants will:

• Understand the basic concepts of common agile ways of working
• Understand the purpose and context for combing PRINCE2 and the agile way of working
• Be able to apply and evaluate the focus areas to a project in an agile context
• Be able to fix and flex the six aspects of a project in an agile context
• Be able to apply or tailor the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products to a project in an agile context
• To learn through the use of theory and practical exercises
• To prepare delegates for the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam
